Morning Meditations
Bring your journal and yoga mat or meditation cushion and relax into guided meditation, gentle movement, and breathwork led by Energy Guide and Therapist Asia IrgangLaden.
This is a one-hour meditation and mindfulness practice held outdoors, offering a spacious, slow, supportive practice for you to tune into yourself. We’ll gather to slow down, turn inward, and explore our inner worlds in a shared, gentle space. Through quiet reflection and simple practices, we’ll create moments of peace and presence alongside each other.
The session will include guided meditation and mindfulness practices, with gentle movement and breathwork woven in to support settling into the body and the present moment. There will also be optional journaling and sharing, offering space to reflect, connect, and be witnessed if you choose.
Come exactly as you are. Participants are welcome to attend one, some, or all sessions.
