Drop into a profound inward journey during this live-to-headphones, family-friendly experience. Through the MindTravel project, which weaves together music, mindfulness and nature, composer and pianist Murray Hidary has improvised site-specific performances at iconic outdoor settings from the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens to Grace Cathedral in San Francisco. Now he makes his Philadelphia premiere with a silent piano concert among the mausoleums and majestic views of Laurel Hill West at sunset.
Attendees will be provided with wireless headphones and are welcome to BYO beverages and picnics.
