A Tour for Tiny Taphs

When

Laurel Hill East

A taphophile is “a person who is interested in cemeteries, funerals, and gravestones”. This tour is designed to pique the curiosity of younger children and introduce them to not only Laurel Hill East, but common themes and symbolism that can be found in most 19th-century cemeteries! The tour is a little shorter than others but is bound to inspire with moments of discovery, like opening an underground vault and … knocking on a headstone? Join us to find out what that means!
